These terms govern your use of the Yumvote app, operated by Blinklabs Ltd. By using the app you agree to them.
The service
Yumvote provides household meal planning: shared plans, voting, recipes, and shopping lists. Features may change as the product evolves. Recipe information, including nutrition estimates and allergen labels, is provided for convenience and may contain errors; always verify ingredients yourself where allergies or medical conditions are involved.
Your account
You need a Google or Apple account to sign in, and you're responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are intended for ages 13 and up. You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab.
Subscriptions
Yumvote Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store or Play Store, covering your whole household. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings; cancellation stops future charges and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Your content
Recipes, photos, and other content you add remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and display them to your household through the service. Don't upload content that's unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no accessing other households' data, and no use that violates applicable law.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blinklabs Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be noted in the app. Continuing to use Yumvote after changes means you accept them.
